However, if a return or cancellation causes your final total to drop below £150, the original delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. We’ll assist by coordinating with them on your behalf. Items must be securely packaged in a cardboard box, similar to how they were originally delivered. If you don’t have suitable packaging, you may arrange to drop the item off at our store/warehouse.
