Description DIY Childs Apron sewing kit makes 2 aprons, Includes 1m of material various designs available, printed pattern from Sweet Red Poppy and links to Poppys website and Youtube channel showing a step by step guide. This is a begineer level sewing kit and great for anyone just starting out, A fabulous gift idea for a keen seamstress. The picture shows one strap at the neck with a button and loop fastening. The pattern has two straps which are tied at the back of the neck, if you would like to try my version then please message me and i will include a piece of ribbon and buttons free of charge. I did it this way as it was easier for little fingers to undo and adjust the apron. Feel free to adjust the pattern the way you want. Finished size, height from hem to hem is approx 24 inches and 20 inches wide, the side straps are approx 23 inches long each and the neck staps are approx 19 inches long each, as i said i only did one and added a button fastening. This kit is great value for money as you can make two aprons from the metre, you could make one for your family and another as a gift or make one for the best friend who comes to visit.
